This is a versatile chutney made of coriander and mint. It can be used in sandwiches, bread rolls, sabudana vada, batata wada, all chaats. Sometimes I use it for making aloo parantha, paneer starter, paneer frankie. It can even be used in making certain kebabs, fish or chicken starters as well as in certain rice recipes. If you have this chutney in your refrigerator, it can be very easy to whip up a quick meal. Apart from making quick recipes from it, it can also be served as an accompaniment to may starters like kebabs and pakodas.
